Computer Hardware
Computer Hardware is the physical component of a computer system. This hardware usually comprises several electronic devices that are connected together to make up the computer. We could group this group into five: desktop, laptop, networking, power, and storage.
Computer Software
Computer Software packages are coded instructions that can be used to instruct or operate the computer. They are usually intangible and thus must be copied onto a disc or any other storage device for them to be carried around. They have to be installed onto the computer's hard drive for them to be used to operate the computer system. They are grouped into two large categories: free and proprietary. While free softwares can be downloaded online and used free of charge, proprietary must be bought as their usage licence is not free.
